Hands-on training across the technical skill sets that define modern plastic surgery — microsurgery, local flaps, aesthetic principles and reconstructive decision-making — taught in small groups with active operators and direct feedback.

Research projects
Audit, outcomes and the clinical questions surgeons meet on a Monday list. Every project SPARC backs has a defined endpoint — a presentation, publication, audit outcome or practical change in clinical thinking.
